PMYCS provides Thanksgiving turkeys, food baskets and holiday presents to residents of the Patchogue-Medford Community.
Sign up begins in November. Proof of residency must be provided.
SCHOOL SUPPLY ASSISTANCE
PMYCS School Supply Program Sign up Start Monday August 3th
Participants must reside with Patchogue or Medford; we also service Blue Point/Bayport.
We do not take School Supply Lists from Parents.
Parents must provide proof of residency. We may not get our supplies in until the beginning of September but we will call to inform you of a pick up date. PLEASE ENSURE THE NUMBER LISTED IS CORRECT.
Using the signup sheet folder, we need the required information Parents name, gender, age, grade of each child and phone number of parent.
PMYCS receives a certain amount of donations of school supplies and we try to ensure everyone gets some school supply items.
