      We will do our best to provide the items on your child's supply list.  

     Parents must provide proof of residency. We may not get our supplies in until the beginning of September, but we will call to inform you of a pickup date. PLEASE ENSURE THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED IS CORRECT.

Parents name, child's gender, age, grade of each child and phone number of parent/s
